Purpose: To encourage and
support our REDGA youth members
in their pursuit of higher education.
- Who
may apply:
- Graduating
high school seniors going on to college full-time and college
students continuing their education full-time.
- Those
who are current paid members of REDGA.
- Applicant
must be a REDGA member for 12 months
or more
prior to submitting an scholarship application.
- Application
must be postmarked by deadline:

Interviews will be conducted at the REDGA Memorial Show on
Saturday night,
May 28, 2011.
4. Two $500
Scholarship will be awarded to the applicant selected by the
Committee after interviews are completed.
- A
scholarship check will be issued when Treasurer receives
verification of full-time status for Fall 2011 from recipient’s
college.
- The
Committee has the right to NOT award scholarships if they deem that
the candidates do not meet the criteria as described below
.
- An
individual may only receive a REDGA scholarship once.

Member of REDGA for one
whole year or more

High School Senior going
onto college full-time

College undergraduate
returning to college full-time

Completeness of application
v
Involvement with dairy
goats and REDGA
v
Must be able to attend
interview at REDGA Memorial Show in May
Interview Location:
Sonoma County Fairgrounds, Santa Rosa, CA
Take Hwy 101 to Hwy 12 East.
Take 1st exit to fairgrounds.
